Go Distributor:

What’s New:

  • Live Check/Shop Request

    • GO Distributor Inspector now supports initiating live check/shop requests via Corp Code and Extensions.

    • Your Benefits: Enables targeted live check/shop via Corp Code and Extensions to quickly locate, improving operational efficiency.


Enhancement:

  • Data Display and Notifications Enhancement

    • GO’s token expiry will no longer be notified to customers who have been terminated in DerbySoft.
    • The corpCode info will be displayed on the Reservation detail page for reference
    • GO Console browser title will be updated with the page name and product name for the user to recognize the page quickly.

    • Your Benefits: Displays CorpCode on the Reservation Detail page for easy tracking; includes the page name and product name in the GO Console browser title for quick page identification during multi-tab navigation, saving operation time.




Exchange Distributor:

Enhancement:

  • Customer Support Contact Info Enhancement:

    • The Customer Support Contact configured for an Exchange Distributor in CSP will be synced to Go Console>Exchange>Profile. Distributors themselves would also be able to view it.
    • Your Benefits: Syncs CSP-configured Customer Support Contact for Exchange Distributors, allowing Distributors to access it directly for quick issue resolution.
